In this key role, youll be part of both our O2 Unify team and the O2 Business Academy which hones the skills of our Business Sales professionals. Your main task will be to design suitable training for our O2 Unify team, in collaboration with other training managers. You will create a Unify product and proposition training roadmap; set up professional skills learning paths; and ensure that relevant industry certifications are in place.
The successful applicant will have knowledge and experience of working with network infrastructures and services, including but not limited to: L2 & L3 multi-service switches, integrated routers, IPT, IPCC, Content switches, Wireless Access Points and Controllers; LAN and WAN protocols, Network services (IPVPN, MPLS, IPSec, SSL, SIP, H.323); Voice, PSTN Access, Inbound Call Management and hosted services; Applications and Services, such as Firewalling, Unified Communications, active directory integration, server virtualisation, end point hardening, data centre technologies and cloud computing; Security and Secure Gateways - Filtered Internet Access, ISP Services, RAS, Content inspection.
