Your main task will be to design suitable training for our O2 Unify team, in collaboration with other training managers. You will create a Unify product and proposition training roadmap; set up professional skills learning paths; and ensure that relevant industry certifications are in place.
Project Delivery Tasks: Performs quality review of major project deliverables. Lead work sessions and deliver presentations with client CxO and SME members. Identifies and secures new and follow on work.
