This person will be responsible for performing a broad range of analytical, communication and research duties; Preparing financial analyses in support of the firms due diligence, such analyses will include, but not limited to discounted cash flow analyses, LBO, modelling of transaction structures, and financial analyses including EBITDA and valuation multiple calculations, comparable company analyses, industry and company research.

The firm advises clients, retail and investment banks among others, on their M&A transactions.
