Part of an integrated Client Management project team you will assist customers to achieve Energy Performance Certification (EPC). You will take responsibility for measuring energy usage of low and high technology building services, plant and equipment. This includes evaluating building structure and construction and its influence on energy consumption. You will provide advice and consultation on predictive, preventive and reliability centred maintenance programmes to gain compliance with legislation and best practice industry regulations.
