We currently have a vacancy for one Manager to join the growing R&D Tax Services practice UK wide. The practice currently deals with R&D claims nationally for clients ranging from small privately owned companies to FTSE 100 and G1000 multinational groups.
We are currently looking for a HR Systems and Project advisor to join our busy HR team of five in Croydon. The role will report to the HR Director and will be primarily focused on group clients in our Europe, UK and Africa region (EUNA).
Job Description To manage, control, merge and verify the build environments and processes supporting the ClaimCenter system within the General Insurance (GI) business unit. Requirements You must have: Essential technical skills: Experience in building and deploying large-scale Java web applications Experience with automating application deployment and environment configuration management Experience with continuous build & integration practices Administration of source control systems (SVN) and branching policies.
Leads the delivery of Insurance technology change by development centre and 3rd parties at project level. Accountable for ensuring the change meets operational principles, and fits with Insurance practice. Responsibilities Technical Project Management Delivery of the technology change elements for a project within cost, time and quality criteria.

Leads the Change Management team and owns the Change Management process. Ensures that IT change management processes are implemented to deliver and improve successful change through prioritisation, planning and risk management of all IT changes (be it via change requests, emergency changes or incidents and problems) to minimise adverse impact to business services.
Role Purpose To provide an effective and efficient financial support service to the Principal and Governing Body. To give strategic vision and leadership to all aspects of Budget, Finance and Premises To lead, operate, maintain and develop the financial procedures and systems of the school, in co-operation with the Leadership Group and Governors.
