Reporting to the Head of Client Leads, you will be responsible for providing a single technical point of contact and ownership for all network, security and voice services provided to a specific Atos customer. Working closely with the relevant technical specialists within the virtual team environment, the role is to ensure the service provided meets service targets, quality standards and customer requirements.
The role itself will involve the successful candidate selling the organisations full portfolio of network solutions and helping support clients with their IT Infrastructure by making sure they are running to their full potential. The role will be selling into the commercial sector and the channel.
