This role will be responsible for interacting with HR Directors or Heads of HR Service to define the optimum HR solution for an organisation sometimes within a consulting environment and in others as part of an outsourcing framework.Working within a bid or pre-sales opportunity the successful candidate will have the ability to lead the HR solution either as a part of a wider back office deal or as an HR service in its own right.
