Pecedo Healthcare are recruiting for Home Care Assistants experienced with complex care to work shift patterns within the community. Knowledge of and previous experience with complex tasks such as, Suctioning, Tracheotomy Management and Peg-feeding/management would be preferable, however training can be provided for the right candidate.
Precedo Healthcare are looking for experienced Care Workers that are able to work in accordance with person centred principles of care. As the care we deliver here is complex i.e. the Service User’s have severe needs such as being fed via a peg, suctioning and tracheotomy care; we are looking for individuals ideally with an NVQ Level 3 although this is not essential.

We are looking to appoint suitably experienced Care Assistants to undertake flexible work schedules within our client’s Nursing & Care Establishments. We operate within the public, private and charitable sectors. We specialise in delivering one to one care for Elderly Service Users with Complex Care needs and/or Challenging Behaviours.
