The role holder will also be required to monitor, review and rationalise sales processes and business unit performance. Drive new product sales through proactive business development initiatives and sales force activity/performance. Drive new product/solution sales through local marketing activity inline with sales team focus. Deliver continuous improvement across the business function and improve customer satisfaction levels.
The Sales Manager is required to both manage existing accounts and generate new revenue streams across a broad geographical territory, proactively selling bespoke fluid control and pump solutions into a broad and diverse range of end users. Working with full autonomy, the Sales Manager will represent both the face of the business at home and abroad and will be charged with growing revenues and increasing the client account base through relationship management and utilising a robust CRM system.
