The Business Sales Manager will own a sales forecast and work to defined volumetric and financials target defined by the Head of Business. Responsibilities include: new business generation and management of prospects from initial contact through to contract signature, line management of sales resource, bid governance and ongoing relationship management to optimise revenue and volume.
The role of the Trade and Export Sales Consultant is to maximise sales of the SpaceKraft product portfolio to UK and International customers. This requires the job holder, through pro-active account development and relationship management, to increase sales with existing Trade and Export business partners whilst also expanding their number and quality.
As Head of sales you must be able to develop and implement focused strategies, fully understand and contribute to the budget and forecasting process, design and implement strategies to improve market penetration, increase sales volume and profitability, by ensuring the correct level of focus on each area of responsibility.
The sales people currently sell to both public sector and private sector and the private sector is the area that is seeing the biggest amount of growth at the moment. To be considered for this role you will need to live somewhere in or close to North Yorkshire, have a background in some form of IT sales and be an experienced sales manager.
They typically sell to 5k seat and upwards sized companies. They are currently recruiting for eight new sales people across a range of verticals (not public sector) and some of the roles are new business and some account management.
Reporting directly in to the Head of Sales and Marketing, this highly coveted role will be responsible for the day to day leadership and development of a four strong Telesales/Fieldsales team - in order to increase the number of new customers using the service for the first time and also to up sell packages to existing customers.
This software sales role will be to sell to new name prospects in this market. The solution is a fully functioning ERP solution and is specifically designed to meet the needs of the construction space with specialist ledgers and functionality.
