Working alongside the Head of Performing Arts and the Associate Head for Student Experience, this post will focus on Student Employability and Graduate Destinations, Internationalisation, the co-ordination of our annual final year performance festival and strategic national and international partnerships - building on the dynamic and outward facing profile of the department.
You will also have a successful record of excellent teaching and research, and be proactive in promoting interdisciplinary working beyond the boundaries of the School and in advocating the value and role of the arts in and beyond the University. You will create a sense of collegiality and agreement among a large and diverse group of colleagues, actively building teams and effective working relationships, during a period of significant internal and external change.
