This is a great role with a leading company in Derbyshire which has expanded their operation over the last few years. As a key member of the Finance department the Financial Accountant is responsible for management of a small Finance team.
Our client has a great role as Financial Accountant where you will be working on financial management reporting, budgeting, tax and treasury responsibilities. Main tasks include: cash and treasury management; assisting Financial Controller and senior management team re board reporting; updating systems; corporation tax adjustments; VAT.
An Assistant Management Accountant is required to accurately complete monthly accounts including prepayments and accruals. Reconcile all balance sheet controls, provide profit and loss analysis, creating, issuing and collating forecast and planning templates, review and challenge submissions and to undertake ad hoc projects to drive continuous improvement.
