Under the direction of the Corporate Financial Services Accounting Manager, the CFS Accountant is responsible for the preparation of statutory accounts and associated Company Secretarial duties, support for US GAAP accounting, UK and US tax compliance reports & returns, supply of information to external auditors, preparation of local audits, closing of the legal entity financial results on a monthly basis.
Your role will be to deliver and prepare Monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow for Group reporting. You will also be required to manage the Audit for the Group Financial Statements and liaise directly with the auditors while preparing the reconciliation of multi country VAT returns. As well as being able to complete tasks in timely fashion to set deadlines you will also need to insure company compliance is maintained from the management of accounts to maintaining the Fixed Asset register.
