The role is responsible for providing on-site management of each audit assignment in an efficient and effective manner. You will ensure that our clients receive a quality service in all aspects of audit delivery.
You will lead and manage a team of Adjusters, Claims Handlers and Administrators and will be responsible for the achievement of their performance targets and the branch's service level agreements. Strict targets will need to be met surrounding leakage, renewal retention and customer service standards. You will conduct internal audits to ensure all claims are handled correctly and all processes are completed within compliance guidelines.
