Reporting to the MD, the Sales Director will lead the customer sales teams with accountability for total company sales, gross margin and customer profitability. As a key member of the Board, you will develop and execute a robust sales strategy that delivers measurable improvement to all aspects of the businesss performance whilst taking active accountability for contract negotiation, account development, margin enhancement and product and service innovation across all existing customers.
This role is to sell into a wide variety of public sector accounts. The role is an end user sales role and deals are fulfilled through the channel. To be considered for this role you must have a background in IT sales. It is preferable that you currently work for a mid-sized IT reseller.
