The Project Manager will operate at AVP level and will gain exposure across the business leading multiple projects within the Bank's high profile Change Programme. As such the applicant must have proven experience as a Project Manager within the Financial Services, holding a strong focus on change.
You will be responsible for the development of process engineering in global locations utilising the LEAN methodology as the bank standard. You will co-ordinate the delivery of projects across global sites and ensure consistency of process design across all project locations. You will manage and oversee LEAN reporting including forecasting, deliverables, improvements and cost benefit analysis.

You will be undertaking core assessments, managing complex child protection cases and cases before the courts, preparing statements, reports, chronologies, care plans and giving verbal evidence.
Your role will involve undertaking assessments & child protection enquiries, undertaking complex child protection investigations to initiate care proceedings when required. Undertaking initial and core assessments, taking responsibility for children subject to child protection plans and accommodating children, undertaking complex children in need work, including private fostering assessments.
Your role will involve managing complex child care cases / safeguarding, child protection & court work. Successful candidates must understand all duty and assessment processes, you must be congruent with performance management processes and prepared to undertake these with Social Workers as necessary.
You will be managing and maintaining caseloads, undertaking core assessments, managing complex child protection cases and presenting cases before the courts. Successful candidates must have relevant post-qualifying experience of undertaking core assessments, managing complex child protection cases and cases before the courts, including preparation of statements, reports, chronologies, care plans and giving verbal evidence.
