The Benefits Manager for EMEA excluding the UK will work on a broad range of employee benefits and pension issues, policies and programmes across the region, working with local HR & management with responsibility for pension and benefit programme review, design and implementation.
As part of the Europe Compensation & Benefits team, the jobholders main responsibilities will be to manage the UK & Ireland benefits and payroll administration. In addition, he/she will handle certain tax and social security matters. The jobholder will also be involved in specific projects.
