Suitable candidates will be educated to at least first degree with a 2:1 or better from a leading university. They will have a proven track record in IT recruitment - including a steady employment record in-house. Ideally they will have sourced candidates up to senior manager level.
This role is a key part of the agencies expansion plans for 2012. You will be expected to build a highly brand strategy capable of impacting agency profitability. You will be given a considerable budget to run, as well as having Business Development responsibilities.
