You will need to have a very strong FMCG background with a proven track record for people management; however chilled food is not a pre-requisite.
You will lead and manage a team of Adjusters, Claims Handlers and Administrators and will be responsible for the achievement of their performance targets and the branch's service level agreements. Strict targets will need to be met surrounding leakage, renewal retention and customer service standards. You will conduct internal audits to ensure all claims are handled correctly and all processes are completed within compliance guidelines.
