Based in London 2 days per week and the midlands 3 days, this is a rare opportunity to join the External Communications team to help promote their prestigious brands at a senior level, leading the brand through a period of change and driving innovation. Working across the business with teams including Marketing, Trading, Stores, Legal and Customer Care, the pace is fast-moving with wide ranging projects being delivered in a complex environment of multiple external and internal stakeholders.
Employing all of your knowledge and experience from previous roles in customer communications and brand management, you will be operating on both a strategic and tactical level, with senior stakeholders, across short and long term initiatives. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to understand and interpret the marketing plan to deliver inspirational marketing communications that bring the feel good factor to life for their customers.
