Please note that this is not a Intelligence Analyst role. We are specifically seeking an IT specialist, and the role would sit within IT but work predominantly with the Insurance Fraud team.
The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of analysts and developers, with hands on responsibilities in addition to the planning and project management for the team. You will also need experience of developing and supporting large applications and databases.
* A high level of computer literacy and competence will be required, knowledge of SQL/ and databases is essential. * Computer programming qualifications, or experience, including ability to write programming code.
The role reports in the Business Development Manager and will focus on selling a full service product range. This will focus on the Boiler and Plant Solutions division. You will be responsible for supporting the senior management team in developing the product, business sector strategies, plans and budgets for this specific division.
* Lead the business /project proposals, ensuring alignment with business strategy * Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders to influence direction of the project to meet milestones * Use the established group project methodologies to control, manage and monitor project timescales and budgets, escalating as appropriate to overcome delays, difficulties or cost over-runs.
The remit of the role, is to look at business processes, procedures, budgets and forecasting, with the view to increasing effectives and effectiveness within each team. A keen eye for detail, and solid work ethic is required, as is strong communication skills which will be essential in negotiating and support the sales teams across the division.
- P2 cost / value updates to be carried out as necessary to ensure accurate cost reporting. - Monitor labour, plant and material budgets - Organise subcontract design/ progress coordination meetings to ensure integration of subcontract packages.
Principle accountabilities will include but not be limited to the following: Responsibility for the financial performance of your brand which will include preparing Budgets to present to Senior Managers Producing.
