The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with solid people and project management skills and the ability to drive complex engineering projects forward, consistently delivering results on time and to budget.
The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering bespoke multifaceted engineering projects (ideally within oil & gas) and have a track record of delivering on time and to budget. The individual will also recognise the importance of being proactive with challenging projects as well as controlling both the technical and commercial aspects.
The PEM (Project Engineering Manager) is the technical focal point for all technical aspects of the project to which they are assigned. They are charged with the management of the technical deliveries associated with the assigned project.
Ideally, you will have at least 7-10 years experience of Ports & Harbours and/or Coastal Engineering together with the ability to drive this sector of our business. You will need to be a Chartered Engineer and be capable of combining excellent Technical Knowledge with proven Project Management skills.
Working alongside our existing team, the successful candidate will help to drive the development and growth of both SLRs broader Mining Geotechnical Services as well as the team within the UK.
An expert in Network Services and its processes, and with a solid technical and commercial background, youll certainly know how to make the most of your skills in order to maximise customer experience.
Reporting to the Chief Executive you will work closely with the Senior Management team to develop strong and focused business development plans which deliver growth in target sectors. You will take an innovative approach to client relationship management ensuring service delivery is first class and that opportunities to cross sell are maximised.
You will be instrumental in winning work and providing technical and commercial advice, across a diverse range of clients.
