As a Head of Advanced Engineering you will lead the Systems EMEAB Advanced Engineering (AE) team to ensure that winning proposals are delivered to our potential clients. You will identify all the skill sets required of the AE team within the EMEAB engineering function that are required to deliver the likely upcoming bids, including both technical and soft skills, and ensure that the engineering team possesses the necessary skills and competencies.
You will develop and optimize our production processes for current and future contracts. You will proactively communicate our strategy, core values and our vision and objectives. In addition you will endeavor to satisfy the requirements of our Project based stakeholders and the core team members. You will manage and maintain key performance indicators set for deliverables.
