As an Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the sale and development of the companys extensive line of Hvac Control Products & Building Management Systems throughout the Uk. You will be responsible for your own personal individual target, ensuring you hit set target and further develop the company turnover selling into a customer base including system houses, facilities management companies, consultant and into distribution channels, so working to a target is something you will be familiar with.
Opportunity An exciting new opportunity has arisen for someone to take responsibility for the management of a number of framework agreements including the Building Surveying Term Consultancy Agreement (BSTCA), M&E Services Framework Agreements, Environmental Framework Agreements, Reinstatement Cost Framework Agreements. It will include managing the re-tender and renewal of the existing BSTCA and M&E frameworks to be used for the procurement of construction and engineering projects up to £2m and consideration of the business case for setting up a new Rights Of Light (ROL) framework Key responsibilities In relation to BSTCA + M&E Services frameworks: - Manage the re-tender and renewal of existing BSTCA and M&E frameworks to be used for the procurement of construction and engineering projects up to £2M.
