The role will be split across Preconstruction, agreeing final accounts and project delivery managing a team of 4 x Managing Surveyors with between 12-16 on-going projects.
As a Mechanical/Building Services Engineer with some intermediate experience, you will contribute at a senior level to a multi-disciplinary design team in Basingstoke delivering technical services from building inspections to design solutions for a range of clients on projects of varying construction value. A key element of the role is to mentor graduate and assistant members of the technical team and demonstrate commercial awareness and a proactive approach delivering a programme of projects for a number of clients.
