The team will be responsible for providing 2nd line support to clients and operational teams across multiple products including Custody, CTLA, PRIME Services, Treasury, Transfer Agency, Fund Admin and Performance Measurement. The team will additionally support on-going BAU change activities providing business analysis, testing support, training, migration support etc. Key responsibilities will be:Provide support to the Client Information Delivery Manager and other project teams (test management, business subject matter experts) in various phases of projects, including documentation.
