The Business Analyst position will be focused on business process and system development activities targeted at enhancing customer satisfaction, cash and profit performance. This role will play a key part in driving change and supporting a large scale organisation-wide transformation.
The role requires you to analyse and define data and processes and to deliver solutions to business problems. You will implement and maintain documentation standards for all business analyst documents produced and liaise proactively with the business to ensure that it gets the most out of the current systems. You will also work with external suppliers which may involve an element of project management.

The architecture team provide governance, tech design and best practice across all IT initiatives. The role brings data integration, master data management, end user data tools and business information systems as technical governance area.
