This is a technically hands-on role involving lots of project work delivering complex projects whilst leading a small team. Coming from a Financial Services or a large professional services environment, you will be comfortable in a high pressure, fast moving demanding work environment. Must have industry qualifications like Prince2, ITIL, Agile, HP, CISCO, MCSE etc.

We are seeking to recruit Client Services Manager to provide service leadership, and executive engagement within a major Managed Services account within the City. Acting in partnership with an existing delivery team the Client Services Manager will be responsible for the overall delivery quality of our outsourced IT Service.
