Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead a workforce in excess of 120 via a dedicated team of senior managers, covering production, manufacturing engineering, logistics and quality. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's strategic operations plan, recommending further capital investment, increasing productivity, quality and yield, yet reducing the time taken to get competitive new products to market.
The role reports directly into a UK Sales and Marketing Director and offers future development potential. The Regional Sales Director (RSD) will work closely with the General/Business Managers and be responsible for ensuring that the Depot Sales Force follows an effective sales process and that best practice is consistent throughout the region/country.
For this Account Director role, you will also need; * To have previously sold around enterprise software application solutions. * A track record of sustaining C level relationships. * A sound understanding of the Manufacturing vertical, both Discreet and Process.
To secure this Account Director position you will be a money hungry and motivated individual who has good core sales skills with: - Experience of selling large value (£500k+) managed.
