As a Business Development Director, you will be based at Head Office and play an integral role in the development of prospect business. You will be responsible for generating call centre business through qualifying leads and use effective, professional techniques to develop new strategic call centre opportunities.
The successful applicant will have knowledge and experience of working with network infrastructures and services, including but not limited to: L2 & L3 multi-service switches, integrated routers, IPT, IPCC, Content switches, Wireless Access Points and Controllers; LAN and WAN protocols, Network services (IPVPN, MPLS, IPSec, SSL, SIP, H.323); Voice, PSTN Access, Inbound Call Management and hosted services; Applications and Services, such as Firewalling, Unified Communications, active directory integration, server virtualisation, end point hardening, data centre technologies and cloud computing; Security and Secure Gateways - Filtered Internet Access, ISP Services, RAS, Content inspection.
