Our new Customer Service Centre in Newcastle will pool knowledge and expertise across the Group, whilst increasing standardisation, realising efficiency savings and generating substantial revenues through delivering shared services to external customers. You will be part of it from the very beginning.
You will be working with board level executives as well as HSSE professionals, introducing our client's concept and explaining the huge advantages of this solution. You will help develop and market a database of potential and existing customers and raise awareness within the market of our client's solutions.

Outbound Call Centre / Telesales Advisor Newcastle Package: Basic salary £15,235, OTE over £19,500 plus extensive benefits Full and part time roles available The Role: In the position of Outbound Telesales Advisor you will advise our client’s existing customers and sell them a range of products (no cold-calling).
