As the Head of Sales, you will be tasked with identifying areas of improvement amongst the current call centre sales team and improve performance as well as increase revenue generation. You will also be responsible for increasing the workforce in a calculated and strategic manner.
You will use your shopping centre or similar retail experience to lead your team towards achieving both corporate and local goals honing your management expertise and financial acumen across a breadth of functional responsibilities.
