As the Head of Sales, you will be tasked with identifying areas of improvement amongst the current call centre sales team and improve performance as well as increase revenue generation. You will also be responsible for increasing the workforce in a calculated and strategic manner.
You will use your shopping centre or similar retail experience to lead your team towards achieving both corporate and local goals honing your management expertise and financial acumen across a breadth of functional responsibilities. Encouraging an innovative approach to problem-solving within your team, your remit will involve defining and implementing strategies to enhance marketing, customer care and services across a centre that boasts shopping, leisure and residential facilities.
