As part of this role, the successful candidate will undertake assignments covering the delivery of high voltage (up to 400kV) substations and the design/condition assessment of existing substations.
With credible leadership skills, you will have practical and recent experience of effectively managing, coaching, motivating and developing a team of people to ensure that industry-leading performance standards are evident throughout the department.
They have consistently grown since inception and are now looking kick on and take advantage of their position. They are very competent in networking and infrastructure solutions and compete with much larger SIs selling into very large Northern corporates.
The suitable candidate will be based in the York Pway Design Team and will undertake a Principal Engineer and CRE role on Pway design projects. The successful candidate will act as a mentor to other design team members and support the more senior staff towards the attainment of CRE status.
