You will be responsible for the management of an existing sales team of 6 Salespeople and 4 Marketing executives, selling Datacentre services across EMEA. As a business with excellent growth and a very low staff turnover, you will be expected to continue to shape and develop the team and set strategic direction.
The role of Transition Manager is a role set up to deliver Transition and Transformation of customer environments to the highest standards. The ultimate measure of success of the T&T phase of each Programme will be the seamless transition of service from the customer's incumbent supplier to this company, and the efficient transformation of customer environments as required meeting the business case of the programme.
