In this role you will report to the Head of Organisational Effectiveness while working collaboratively with Group to ensure the Co-operative Banking Group approach to resourcing is in line with Group requirements, ensuring they are fit for purpose, implemented and operating efficiently.
The main purpose of this role is to control and coordinate IT based projects activity within the function, to assure that effective methods are employed and to identify any potential mis-match in inter-dependencies or resourcing conflicts.
