The founder of “Gravity”, a company in Seattle (United States), has announced some unexpected news to his 120-man-workforce: An income increase to a minimum of 70,000 $ (£ 46,753)! Some stared at each other in disbelief and others were crying with joy. This generosity meant a doubling of the income for 30 salaries.

“Indeed, my salary was quite high. This is why I decided to reduce it to a standard level“, Dan Price explained, CEO and founder of “Gravity”. In times of income inequality in the United States, Dan Price has taken a stand against rising rent prices and income equality. “This is a capitalist solution to a social problem,” Price said. “I think it pays for itself, I really do.”

Success and positivity seems to follow this man. Therefore, many youngsters are looking to follow Dan's footsteps. He was even honored with a presidential meeting in the White House as national entrepreneur of 2010!

Dan Brown is an example of a great small business owner! The best boss of all time?!
