You will be working with all areas of distribution from Area Director to the individuals distributing the products. As well as being part of the team you will be the regional expert in both the Investment and Retirement markets and will manage two existing Consultants. You will be expected to meet clients and support the distributor in writing business.
The ideal candidate will have integrated facilities management experience, with knowledge of FM service delivery. The experience to manage a budget and have full P&L responsibility within a challenging contract. You will be a strong operator a natural leader with commercial and all round leadership and relationship management skills. You must also have a strong understanding of how to liaise with the SPV and the ability to influence at a senior level on a PFI contract.
