You will be responsible for a large team of qualified Chemical Engineers at various levels and with some responsibility for graduate intake, implementing site equipment and process strategy and driving through improvement and change across site operations, setting team work and overseeing personnel development in the department.
We are particularly interested in receiving applications from individuals with consultancy/contracting experience in design, installation, commissioning, operating and maintenance of process plant equipment. Previous Power or Nuclear (including radiochemistry) experience is desirable, particularly with suitable demonstration of experience in a highly regulated industry (e.g. Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals).
