An experienced HR Operations Manager is required to assume responsibility for all the elements of the HR function, managing the team and supporting the business in its daily HR activities It is anticipated that all applicants willl be able to demonstrate full CIPD status with a proven generalist background in a Financial Services/Blue Chip organisation of a similar size.
This role will be reporting directly to the FC of our Public Sector business and will be working with 2 other in the UK and India and as such this Assistant Financial Controller will play a key role in supporting the business.
