Key Issues over the next 12-24 months Develop and support the build out the COS role and wider COO Finance organization Work closely with the COO Finance Leadership team and HR to design, implement and embed the COO Finance target operating model, with clear functional responsibilities and deep domain expertise Provide strong leadership and work in partnership with the COO Finance Leadership Team to establish financial governance, processes and service delivery programmes, applications and reporting metrics.
