The required candidate will have carried out project management or senior lead roles in a number of projects, ideally having worked in a project that involved a major new infrastructure delivery.
The Solutions Architect will be involved in the delivery of rich applications that have a strong emphasis on the user experience. This will primarily be using open source technologies in a LAMP environment.
Monitor and recommend changes to designs in terms of technical capability, cost effectiveness, scope, durability and maintainability of design solutions.
You will be working on extremely high profile projects and one will need to be able to work as a Leading Developer, but also be comfortable in presenting their ideas to senior management at the necessary clients.
The principal technical activity involves carrying out, air quality assessments, which includes liaising with clients, acquisition and collation of data, atmospheric dispersion modelling, air quality monitoring, calculations and processing of results, interpretation of data, and production of reports, drawings, figures and tables.
Ideally, you will have at least 7-10 years experience of Ports & Harbours and/or Coastal Engineering together with the ability to drive this sector of our business. You will need to be a Chartered Engineer and be capable of combining excellent Technical Knowledge with proven Project Management skills.
Working closely with our designers, user experience consultants and technical specialists, youll build world-class web pages and applications for a wide variety of brands. Youll use your development skills and knowledge of accessibility and browser testing to ensure that every user has a great experience on the sites we design.
