Ideally you will have a scientific or engineering type degree and have sold technical software into markets such as Oil & Gas, High-Tech and Manufacturing type companies, negotiating with Engineering Directors. Ideally you will also have had some exposure to channel sales and understand how the channel works.
This position is a key role in the development of the engineering teams across the UK. It has particular focus on capital projects and requires somebody to manage a variety of upgrade and expansion projects both on time and on budget. In addition, you will have responsibilities to lead best practice across the sites and ensure that key maintenance activities are being carried out to the right standards.
