Process Analyst (Insurance Claims) required for a leading global Insurer located in the city of London. Reporting directly to the Head of Claims the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing claims process to ensure they are fit for purpose, identifying inefficiencies/potentials risk and then working with the claims team to implement change where appropriate.
You will lead and manage a team of Adjusters, Claims Handlers and Administrators and will be responsible for the achievement of their performance targets and the branch's service level agreements. Strict targets will need to be met surrounding leakage, renewal retention and customer service standards.
