Key tasks will be to develop and implement capacity plans that will support extensive NPI, improve the accuracy of SIOP, and achieve demanding production requirements and KPIs. In addition to maintaining the existing exemplary health & safety standards you will focus on increasing productivity, quality and yield through the application of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing philosophy.
