The role will involve you visiting existing customer in the Telecom and Industrial sectors across the UK helping engineers solve problems. You will be technically sound with RF components along side a commercial understanding. This role will be the natural leadership role for the sales team so management experience could be beneficial.
Reporting to the Plant Director you will manage production operations comprising of circa 400 associates. Key tasks will be to develop and implement capacity plans that will support extensive NPI, improve the accuracy of SIOP, and achieve demanding production requirements and KPIs. In addition to maintaining the existing exemplary health & safety standards you will focus on increasing productivity, quality and yield through the application of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing philosophy.
