The role of European Sales Manager is to grow, manage and maximise performance of a large sales team. The sales model is through distributors and partners nationally and internationally and the functions of this team include lead generation, closing business and account management over the phone and in the field. Many within the sales team have language skills to facilitate international sales.
To sell IBM X Series and P Series servers and value added services to both new and existing reseller accounts ; acting as an interface between the company and the customer to ensure relationships are developed within accounts at all levels in order to maximise business opportunities and to develop the potential for new business and ensure maximum growth from existing accounts in a customer facing environment.
