You will manage a team of 8 people, made up from 4 Area Sales Managers, 2 National Account Managers and 2 Merchandisers. This is an experienced and high quality team and as a result they will mainly require your help in providing focus and motivation.
Ideal candidates will have a strong HR background working for a large complex organisation. Experience within both operational and a shared service centre environment would be beneficial.
