The sales people currently sell to both public sector and private sector and the private sector is the area that is seeing the biggest amount of growth at the moment. To be considered for this role you will need to live somewhere in or close to North Yorkshire, have a background in some form of IT sales and be an experienced sales manager.
They typically sell to 5k seat and upwards sized companies. They are currently recruiting for eight new sales people across a range of verticals (not public sector) and some of the roles are new business and some account management.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of significant participation in projects or business teams engaged in the delivery of underground engineering solutions in the construction or energy sectors, and with experience in one or more of the disciplines described above.
Their offering covers everything from basic IT infrastructure to application development services to full IT outsource.They are currently recruiting for a senior account exec to win new business from 34 named accounts.
Historically they have recruited seasoned, experienced salespeople who have a very good knowledge of the backup, virtualisation and storage market. Their latest round of hiring is to recruit slightly more junior salespeople, ideally from a VAR who want to make a big move in the vendor community.
They are now looking to grow their Northern team and are expanding their Leeds office. The expansion means that they are looking for two salespeople; one to sell to the commercial space and one to sell to the health sector.
This new overlay account director role has come about due to expansion and will see you managing named accounts and supporting the client managers. Customers are enterprises in sectors such as retail, manufacturing and finance; sales deals are £multi-million and you will be dealing with IT directors, CTOs and infrastructure managers.
The role will be an enterprise level sales role which will require the successful applicant to be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of selling services into the Telco & Media sector.
