The successful candidate will have significant multi site operations, change management and strong organisational experience.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Head of Health and Safety will be lead and direct a small but dedicated team of H&S professionals and, working with Colleges and Professional Services, will develop and promote a strong culture of health and safety throughout the University. Occupational Health (currently organised separately) will also come under the direct control of the Head of Health and Safety.
